Multiple Advanced Education Step Capabilities

Watch our team explain the newest features of the Certemy platform as they relate to Continuing Education Management. The new functionality enables Organizational Administrators to have far greater control over how to set up and manage CE. Professionals will now have far greater flexibility in support of their education options and evidence, and a single place to track it all from the digital Transcript.

Key Features

Organizational Administrators will now have the following capabilities within the updated Education Step, General CE functionality:

  • Set up min/max ranges of CE units at the Step, requirement, and sub-requirement level
  • Pick from a set of multiple CE units of measure, and create custom descriptions
  • Specify qualifying Activity types at the Step, requirement, and sub-requirement level

In addition, Professionals will now have the following new capabilities on the platform:

  • Enter multiple qualifying CE activities within Education Step requirements and sub-requirements
  • View entire education within a digital Transcript that is segmented by Credential, renewal cycles, and activities
