Prior to Certemy, from 2015 to 2018, Malcolm was SVP of Marketing Solutions for WorkWave, a provider of field service management solutions to the home services industry that was acquired by IFS, a European provider of ERP solutions, in 2018. From 2013 to 2015, Malcolm was founder and CEO of RefGo, a provider of reputation management solutions to local businesses that was acquired by WorkWave in 2015. Prior to RefGo, Malcolm held founder or executive leadership positions at multiple companies including Local Corp. (NASDAQ: LOCM), Vitria (NASDQ: VITR), Cognos (acquired by NASDAQ: IBM) and Oracle Corp (NASDAQ: ORCL).
