Certemy Product Update
June 2019

We are pleased to announce new features and platform enhancements affecting both the Administrator and Professional user roles, including a more streamlined self enrollment flow.

We're plugging away here at Certemy, and we couldn't be more exited to tell you about some of the latest updates from June.

Defining the Step Type

Organization Admins are now able to define a step of type "Verification" as the last one to to be completed in a Phase while configuring steps. If this option is selected, the step will not be sent to verification queue until all other professional steps have been completed and sent for verification.

Professionals that use self-enrollment links are now required to select if they have an account in Certemy. If they confirm that they do, they are asked to log in, and assignment is then completed with no additional actions.

For Users that do not have a Professional profile in the corresponding Organization, the normal account creation and registration process is initiated. During that process, the assignment is created automatically.

Status Credentials

Organization Admins are now able to edit the Registry data in Professional profiles regardless of processing status of credential.

Test Registration Files

Organization Admins are now able to see the files that are related to Test registration in Professionals' profiles.

Viewing All Records

Organization Admins are now able to see the record of Professional credentials in profiles even if the credential was set to not be displayed in registry.

Visibility Into Last Entry

Users are now informed on submission of last entry/hours in Log step.

Always Evolving

We are always looking for ways to enhance our platform and make it more useful and easier to use. If you have any suggestions on how we can make Certemy better for you, please contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.
