Admins can now customize the content and presentation of their public-facing registry.
New registry configuration options allow admins to:
Admins may now create custom fields with a field type of Attachment and use them in dynamic form steps, log steps, and verification steps. This allows professionals or supervisors to upload documents when completing a form or log step. It also allows an admin or board staff user to upload documents when completing a verification step. Attachments on dynamic forms may also be mapped to custom organization fields that are of type “attachment.”
Admins can now create phases that do not automatically generate a credential certification when completed by a professional. In addition to not generating a certificate, credential expiration dates are not impacted. This allows organization admin users to create workflow phases that are separate from the core credentialing function but which form part of the overall credentialing workflow such that organizations may now be able to use the Certemy workflow engine for a broader set of activities.
