About Rory McCorkle

Rory is the Senior Vice President of Certification and Education Services for PSI. He helps PSI clients meet their testing, educational, and strategic goals through the suite of services offered by PSI, while leading a team of business development, account management, and consulting professionals. During his career, Rory has worked with over 800 testing organizations, including well-known universities and colleges, licensing bodies, and renowned certification programs. Previously, Rory served as the President of International Credentialing Associates (ICA), providing test development, market research, and program management consulting for credentialing organizations. He also worked as the Career Resources Product Manager at IEEE, Product Manager of Credentials at the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Exam Developer at Prometric.

Rory serves extensively throughout the testing community. His past roles have included chairing the 2019 Association of Test Publishers (ATP) Innovations in Testing Conference. He has served on several Boards of Directors around the testing industry, including as President of the Performance Testing Council, Security Director for the IT Certification Council, and Director at Large for the Credentialing Network Group (CNG). He is a member of ANSI’s Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) committee. He has previously chaired the ATP Security and Marketing Committees, ICE External Stakeholders Committee, ICE Education Committee, as well as serving as Treasurer for CNG.

About Eric D’Astolfo

As vice president of professional business development – professional market segment, Eric leads the team responsible for new business, account management, and client satisfaction in the professional licensure, certification, academic, and federal government markets. He also oversees the team responsible for the Department of Defense (DoD) and correctional testing channel initiatives. Eric has 25 years of experience in both the K–12 and certification testing industries, including test development, business development, and program management.

In prior roles at Pearson VUE, Eric has served as a senior business development manager, where he led Pearson VUE’s expansion into both the Canadian market and the emerging distance education market. Prior to Pearson VUE, Eric served in a variety of leadership roles with The Princeton Review Canada, Harcourt Publishers, the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence (ABCTE), and Scantron Corporation. An active contributor to industry associations and committees, he has served as both conference chair of the Innovations in Testing conference in 2015 and also as a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) in 2017.
